HOW WE WORK
RefuCare collects resources such as educational tools, clothing, sporting goods, necessary household, feminine care, and toiletry items from local communities and donates them to refugee camps located in East Africa. We also partner with corporations and organizations that aid in this humanitarian effort by donating a portion of their products to our cause. These resources are an integral part of helping restore the dignity and quality of life to refugees.
Our collaboration with local NGO’s ensures proper delivery of all resources, both collected and donated, as well as has a hands-on approach in creating the programs that lead to the overall well-being, health, and autonomy of the refugees that reside in these camps. Our goal is to produce income-generating opportunities for the refugees, assisting them in their goal of becoming self-reliant.
OUR IMPACT
Currently we are making a difference in the education system in the refugee camps in Sudan. Soon, with your help, RefuCare looks forward to reaching other refugee communities in East Africa. We want to help bring true infrastructure into these camps to help turn them into communities that focus on the well-being of the whole person.
