Recreation can provide emotional relief, stress management, fulfillment and purpose for so many displaced citizens.  

 

When refugees have so few resources and nothing enriching their lives, they are more likely to take the very dangerous risk of fleeing the camps in search of a better final destination.

 

They need activities to keep them entertained, active and lifted. We can send them all sorts of helpful options: various sporting goods like soccer balls and athletic attire, art supplies and toys for children. These are simply a few examples of things that  will make a profound difference in the lives of so many refugees living without the means; people who have a desire to contribute to their community and construct a better life for themselves and their families.
